Skippack is a Second-Class Township governed by an elected 5-person Board of Supervisors who serve staggered 6-year terms in office without pay. A 3-person Board of Auditors also serves staggered 6-year terms without pay.

Skippack Township Supervisor (4-year term, 2024–2027)

Marian Ellis

Marian had a 43-year career with Merck & Co., Inc., the majority of which was spent in Compliance. She is a responsible and ethical proven leader. Marian managed multiple employees while overseeing budgets and employee development. Marian is very active in our community and serves on the advisory board of a local charity.

Skippack Township Supervisor (2-year term, 2024–2025)

Karen Lynch

Karen has strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills honed by a 34-year career in sales, marketing and global business development with Energizer Holdings, Inc. She serves on her Alumnae Board of Directors and is an active volunteer, including with Sebastian Riding Associates. Karen is also Chairperson of the Montgomery County Area 4 Democrats.

Skippack Township Auditor (6-year term, 2024–2029)

Debbie McCabe

Debbie has more than 20 years of accounting and auditing experience in the public (Big 4), corporate, and private sector and is comfortable with the responsibility of budgetary and financial oversight. She volunteers with a variety of civic and community-minded organizations, including Perkiomen Valley Library. Debbie is the Chairperson of Skippack Democrats.

Skippack Township Auditor (6-year term, 2020–2025)

Phil Wimpenny

Phil had a 40-year career in IT services, sales, and marketing, with the last 15 years spent as Director of Business Operations for the tech business of a major corporation with revenues over $1 billion. He is the Treasurer for Skippack Democrats, helping us fund candidates up and down the ballot while ensuring compliance with campaign finance laws.

Adam T. Katzman, Esq.

Prior to being elected to the bench, Adam was a law enforcement officer with Montgomery County Adult Probation & Parole Department, a Montgomery County Assistant Public Defender, a Montgomery County Arbitrator, and owner and principal attorney with the Katzman Law Office, P.C., a general practice law firm in Skippack Township.
