Skippack Democrats Mission Statement
Our mission is to support and elect Democrats who reflect our values. We do this in service to our community and to defend the principles of democracy at all levels of government. Additionally, we strive to engage and educate our fellow members of the community to participate in the political process and hold all elected officials accountable for their actions.

What We Value
- Inclusion of all members of our community in the political process, without regard to race, religion, gender or sexual orientation, ethnicity or place of origin.
- Open dialogue without judgment that includes a diversity of ideas, views and opinions.
- Transparency at all levels of government. This includes elected and appointed officials and the Boards and Commission on which they serve.
- Equity of treatment and opportunity for all members of the community.
- Accountability for all who lead us in public service at the local, state and national levels of government. This includes the processes by which they lead and the use of taxpayer funds.
- The rule of law and the fair and equitable application of those laws to all without interference or undue influence from self-interested individuals or organizations.
- Operating ethically. We will operate in our community with honesty, integrity and respect for our members, elected and appointed leaders and the community at large. We will expect this in return at every level and not hesitate to call out infringement and conflicts of interest.
