Skippack is a Second-Class Township governed by an elected 5-person Board of Supervisors who serve staggered 6-year terms in office without pay. A 3-person Board of Auditors also serves staggered 6-year terms without pay.

Marian Ellis

Skippack Township Supervisor (4-year term: 2024-2027), Board Vice Chair

Marian had a 43-year career with Merck & Co., Inc., the majority of which was spent in Compliance. She is a responsible and ethical proven leader. Marian managed multiple employees while overseeing budgets and employee development. Marian is very active in our community and serves on the advisory board of a local charity.

Karen Lynch

Skippack Township Supervisor (6-year term: 2026–2031), Board Chair

Karen has strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills honed by a 34-year career in sales, marketing and global business development with Energizer Holdings, Inc. She serves on her Alumnae Board of Directors and is an active volunteer, including with Sebastian Riding Associates. Karen is also Chairperson of the Montgomery County Area 4 Democrats.

Justin Glennon

Skippack Township Supervisor (6-year term: 2026–2031)

Raised in Skippack, Justin has lifelong relationships with residents, local business owners, and community leaders. He grew up in his family’s construction and real estate business, learning the importance of responsible growth and development, conservation of open space, and preservation of Skippack’s history and small-town charm.

Debbie McCabe

Skippack Township Auditor (6-year term, 2024–2029)

Debbie has more than 20 years of accounting and auditing experience in the public (Big 4), corporate, and private sector and is comfortable with the responsibility of budgetary and financial oversight. She volunteers with a variety of civic and community-minded organizations, including Perkiomen Valley Library. Debbie is the Chairperson of Skippack Democrats.

Sara Weiss

Skippack Township Auditor (6-year term, 2026–2031)

Sara has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. She has worked as an accountant for a Fortune 500 company for nearly 30 years. She enjoys volunteering with Skippack Park Recreation Committee and Stray Cat Blues.

Adam T, Katzman, Esq.

Magisterial District Court 38-1-24 Judge

Prior to being elected to the bench, Adam was a law enforcement officer with Montgomery County Adult Probation & Parole Department, a Montgomery County Assistant Public Defender, a Montgomery County Arbitrator, and owner and principal attorney with the Katzman Law Office, P.C., a general practice law firm in Skippack Township.
